I’m Elle, the writer, creator, and heart behind this little corner of the internet. LittleHitsOfHappiness started as a simple idea—a way to capture the small, everyday moments that make life a little brighter. Over time, it’s grown into a space where I share my musings, wellness insights, and thoughts on how we can all live more joyfully, with intention and balance.
Because life isn’t just about the big milestones. It’s about the little things, the first sip of coffee in the morning, a cozy blanket on a rainy day, a perfectly timed song on the radio. These moments matter. They add up. They shape how we feel, how we love, and how we move through the world.
Through my blog, I explore these moments, the ones we often overlook but that bring us true contentment. Beyond writing, I’m also deeply passionate about helping others find their own version of happiness and balance. As a wellness life coach, I work one-on-one with people who are looking to reconnect with themselves, reduce overwhelm, and bring more joy into their daily routines. Life is busy, sometimes messy, and often unpredictable, but with the right mindset, tools, and support, we can make it feel a little lighter.
