I’m Elle, the writer, creator, and heart behind Little Hits of Happiness. This space began very simply as a place for my family and friends who enjoyed keeping up with my musings and reflections. What started as something small and personal has gradually grown into a little community, with plenty of room to grow. Watching the conversations unfold here over the past few years has been something I feel genuinely proud of.
Through writing my blog and sharing regularly on social media, this space has become one where we talk openly about real life. From grounding practices and everyday wellness to my own perimenopause journey and the lessons it continues to teach me. Little Hits of Happiness has grown into a place for curiosity, honesty, and connection.
This space exists because life is not only made up of big milestones. It lives in the in-between moments. The first sip of coffee in the morning. A cozy blanket on a rainy afternoon. A song that comes on at exactly the right time. These moments matter. They shape how we feel, how we care for ourselves, and how we move through the world.
Here, I write about those often overlooked moments. Sometimes that looks like a quiet Sunday reflection or a small observation from daily life. Other times it is a deeper exploration of mindfulness, self-care, and intentional living. My intention is not to tell you what to think, but to give you things to think about. To inspire you to research, explore, and implement what resonates for you. And most of all, to encourage you to share your own knowledge and experiences with others.
Wellness and Coaching
Alongside writing, I am deeply passionate about wellness and supporting others in finding their own sense of balance and happiness. As a wellness life coach, I work one-on-one with people who want to reconnect with themselves, reduce overwhelm, and create routines that feel nourishing rather than demanding.
Life can be busy, messy, and unpredictable. But with gentle intention, supportive tools, and the right mindset, it can also feel lighter and more aligned.
My approach to coaching is rooted in a few simple beliefs:
Small, intentional changes can create meaningful shifts.
You do not need to overhaul your life to feel happier. Often, it starts with noticing and nurturing what already brings you joy.
Wellness is not about perfection. It is about feeling good in your mind, body, and soul in a way that truly works for you.
